USA least free country in the world, ex North Korea and Cuiba? Can we agree that Canada, at the very least, can be slipped into there?
As far as "AI won't miss anything" - that is of course not true. AI will miss whatever it is programmed to miss. Corruption in Israel? Payments to and from the people(?) who are actually in control? Any nefarious actions regardin COG, whether that be USA or world government? AI will somehow be blind to that. Guaranteed.
