the best part about getting to make these posts after Christmas is that I get to keep looking at some of my Christmas finds and presents in January. These are two pieces that I like. I’m not a huge fan of 2 ounce and 5 ounce pieces but I do think these look cool. The 2 oz I shared yesterday was cool. I like when they just make the round thicker and not wider.
The only 5 ounce coins I’ve ever really liked the 5 ounce quarters. I’ve collected quite a few of those in the past tonight would always be interested in picking more of them up. We can’t complain about silver though when we get it.
Honest Abe on the front of this one. That’s one expensive silver penny at 5 oz. I think I’ll trade this one at some point.
2021 is the year of the Ox.
I’ve seen these around for the different years but never owned one before. This is another one that I’ll probably trade at some point.
That’s it on the gifts. I did buy a couple coins that I thought were cool that I’ll share next week hopefully.
