I have always enjoyed the Canadian Maple Leaf silver coin. It's lovely to look at. As for maple syrup; we have tapped some of the maple trees on our property and boiled the sap down to get rich, golden maple syrup! It's incredible and requires a tremendous amount of time and care to produce just one quart! Of course, commercial producers have better methods but I know that just like coffee roasting, there is an art to producing maple syrup! It tastes so good, sis!
