RE: Kangaroo 1oz Silver Coin from Australia's Perth Mint 2023

For a long time the Canadian Maple leaf was the only Bullion coin having the four 9s purity in the silver market until this Australian Silver Kangaroo made its debut in 2015. Low premium too, I watched a lot of these coins get melted down to make silver art bars and figures.

They do have a low premium, melting down kangaroos for other creations sounds like fun. I have pondered which coins I would melt down if I needed to, it would most likely be buffalos :) I did notice the four nines was peculiar, but I didn't make the maple leaf connection, nice.
