I don't have much hive power to boost and motivate you but I think you need to strive harder and get your goose back, I'm pretty sure if you don't you will regret it later.
You can try and explore other new communities and meet a new set of people. I wish you all the best and may you find the motivation that you need.
I know how you felt about losing some of your followers, but don't let that limit you, just see it as part of the journey.
