Grilled sauteed stuffed fish 🐠 // Pescado relleno de sofrito a la parrilla 🐠

Greetings to all Hivers friends wishing you all a "Merry Christmas" approximately more than a month ago I saw a post from friend @bozz where he created a new community here in #Hive how is "Grilling and Smoking" where cooking lovers outdoors and with charcoal we can have a space to share food with a smoky aroma that we all surely love.

Saludos para todos los amigos Hivers deseando que tengan todos una "Feliz Navidad" hace aproximadamente más de un mes observé una publicación del amigo @bozz dónde creaba una nueva comunidad aquí en #Hive cómo lo es "Grilling and Smoking" dónde los amantes de cocinar al aire libre y con carbón podemos tener un espacio para compartir comida con un aroma ahumado qué nos encanta a todos muy seguramente.

Today December 24, my parents decided it was time to make some roasted fish (cachuas). There were 4 in total, 2 larger compared to the other 2. These fish are prepared stuffed with a sauce of seasonings inside. My mom was in charge of filling them with just the right amount of sofrito so that when you squeeze it it doesn't spill and we run the risk of having an accident; Then from there my dad had them, who with the help of pliers cut pieces of small wires with which he made sure that when adjusted well the sauce would not come out.

El día de hoy 24 de Diciembre mis padres decidieron qué era tiempo de realizar unos pescados asados (cachuas) fueron 4 en total 2 más grandes en comparación a las otras 2 esos pescados se preparan rellenos con un sofrito de aliños por dentro. Mí mamá fué la encargada de rellenarlos con una cantidad de sofrito justa para que al apretarla no se bote y corramos el riesgo de hacer un accidente; luego de allí las tenía mí papá quién con la ayuda de una tenaza cortó trozos de alambres pequeños con los cuáles se aseguro que al ajustarla bien el sofrito no se salga.

While near where we were the fire was doing its work and the firewood had already turned almost entirely into the precious charcoal that will give all the flavor to those fish, I placed them one by one, trying to place the smallest ones away from the fire and the most large ones a little closer to the same to try to get them all almost ready at the same time, the truth is that I did not take the time in minutes that they were on the grill but I did not think they were more than 30 since if it is overcooked it will be very dry so that a little bit juicy would be the point ideal cooking. Also, if you see, there are some eggplants that were also put to roast, which will later be used to make a cream.

Mientras cerca de dónde estábamos el fuego hacía su trabajo y la leña ya se había convertido casi en su totalidad en el preciado carbón qué le dará todo el sabor a esos pescados fué colocando de a uno intentando colocar los más pequeños alejados del fuego y los más grandes un poco más cerca del mismo para tratar de que todos estuvieran casi listos al mismo tiempo la verdad que no tomé el tiempo en minutos qué estuvieron en la parrilla pero no creó fueran más de 30 puesto qué si se sobre cocina queda muy seca por lo que un poquito jugosa sería el punto de cocción ideal. Además si ven hay unas berenjenas que se pusieron también para asarlas las cuáles después se utilizarán para hacer una crema.

So far my first participation in the "Grilling and Smoking" community and I hope soon to continue sharing meals that we can make over charcoal and grateful to my friend @bozz for creating this great community and again "Merry Christmas" to all the Hivers who day by day we give the best of ourselves.

Christmas Season is Back - Gift your Loved Friends

This is awesome. I love the idea of cooking over an open fire. I have my grill, but I really need to start doing some campfire cooking a bit more. This looks like it turned out really great!

Yes friend it's great, although as you say cooking like this in the open is great, but you should always be careful not to burn the food since the fire is direct. What can I say, the experience was incredible and we hope to repeat it soon. Greetings and Merry Christmas to you and your family
