Looks good Bozz, but you really had a challenge at -15 degrees. That is very cold indeed :) Great that you kept the temperature so well. For me it was also the first time this year, nice piece of meat but a difficult one :)

I've heard briskets aren't easy, so I was pretty nervous that I would mess it up somehow. I'm looking forward to giving it a go again and seeing if I can improve on it for next time.

Same here, it's a great piece of meat. So I will give it a try for sure :)
