Hi everyone.
This is my first post about the current state of the crypto market.
First of all, in this post i will only talk about some on-chain data and simple indicators.
They will only cover mathematically calculated data with no fundamental origin, but with a strong reliability in the past.
Is the bear market over?
THIS IS NO FINANCIAL ADVICE
In recent weeks, Bitcoin has fluctuated between 19k and 20k.
We have stronger liquidity in such sideways movements and volatility is slowly decreasing.
I think we will soon see a big movement.
An indicator that confirms this assumption are the Bollinger Bands.
If we look at the Relative Strength Index, we can see that we may have already reached the bottom.
If we look at the RSI Stochastic, we can also see, that we`re oversold.
We have always had a bottom when the 200 EMA was undercut. That is also the case now.
Many people come up to me and tell me about their strategy to avoid further losses by waiting for the next crash.
They cash out and stake their stablecoins or they short the market.
The crypto markets as well as other risk assets are currently dependent on the traditional markets. These currently depend on the monetary policy situation.
In such a situation i think the best strategie is dollar cost averaging. That means i buy regulary.
If you're bullish on Bitcoin in the long term, it would be smart to be a part invested right now.
Nobody knows what will happen next. We are not guaranteed a crash and, as always, we talk about probabilities.
There has been a lot of fear among market participants for some time. Many see a scenario coming, as in the bear market in 2018.
I think the most important thing is not to panic.
At such times, weak hands sell to strong hands.
Be greedy when others are fearful.
