Qortal has proved you do not need to be on an exchange. Yes, you find it on some odd ones from time to time. It is traded thru the P2P trading hub on Qortal, so like next to no fees. Last transaction I made was 15 QORT for 20 ARRR. With ARRR being .18, QORT is then .36, no exchange or middleman charging juice, required. Portal has BTC, LTC, DOGE, DGB, RVN, ARRR & QORT. For Kraken and XMR, yes even here in Canuckistan, we can still buy on the platform.
