I wish everyone a healthy day. Health is our most valuable asset in this life and we need to pay a lot of attention to it. There are many measures that can be taken about health.
• Changing eating habits
• Avoiding unhealthy foods and drinks
• Quitting alcohol and smoking
• Sports/exercise
• Trying to stay away from stress
• Changing our negative thinking
• Taking more steps/moving
• Love ourselves
This week I took a step to change my eating habits. I am not very happy with my weight in the last months. Last year I weighed 49 kilos and now I weigh 54 kilos. I realized that if I don't pay attention, I will gain more weight.
I've gained 5 kilos and I want to lose weight. And since I'm getting married soon, I want to be slim in my dream wedding dress. I needed to make a change for that. As a step, I decided to change the sandwich breads I consume.
