Breakfast in Bed to others but Breakfast in Beach for us!
My parter and I prefered outdoor in spending quality time together. As a wanderer, I am so lucky that I found a partner that has the same vibe with me. Since the weather today was fine and beautiful after raining so much the past few days, we planned to have our breakfast at the beach.
As our errand today was planned, we already prepared all the things that we need last night. From the foods up to the utensils, were all ready. We had set our alarm clock as early as 5:00 to be able to witness the sun rise. By the way we went to Barangay Pundaquit, San Antonio, Zambales. It is known for its gorgeous beaches and islands here in our province. It is just 45 minutes drive from our town.
As soon as we arrived, the first thing that we did was to play in the seashore. We just enjoyed playing there while our feet were being soaked in the water. It was like a medicine that cleansed our well being. Sea water really cures all wound! Not only literally but even in metaphors.
When we got tired of playing in the little waves of the ocean, we then prepared our food to eat. For our food, we just brought some ready-to-cook noodles in a cup. We also have hot choco, cake and hotdogs to grill. And it may sound weird to you but we tried making s'mores too. And its not bad trying it in a broad daylight without a bonfire! We just used a butane for it.
When we were eating, a dog suddenly came near to us. Maybe he smelled our food. I was so happy because he was so cute and behaved. It was like he was used of being surrounded by different people. That gave us a thought that maybe he is a pet of someone living near to the beach. I named him shorty as his legs were very short. It is not the normal size of a dog. But he was just adorable! And since his cuteness was irresistable, I couldn't help but gave him foods.
When we were done eating, I asked my partner to go with me and pick up some seashells. And I was so happy with what we've got! It was fun doing it with your partner.
After picking some seashells, we decided to take a sit and enjoy the moment while waiting for the sun to rise. But unfortunately, after minutes of waiting, there wasn't a sun coming up for us. And it was because of the non-stop rain the past few days. But it's still good,it was not that hot and it was not that cold neither. It's still a perfect and memorable outdoor experience! We just savor the calmess that the sound of every waves give while enjoying our hot chocolate. What a beautiful morning to start our day!
