Ah inverse square law that’s something I haven’t thought of actively in years lol. Thanks for that fun refresher :D

Compasses are certainly great tools to have and although we aren’t at the point yet where we need one, I know that I would like to invest in one for our outdoor packs and adventures. It’s a skill that I want our son to be able to understand instead of just looking at a cell phone to figure out where we are.

Some decent pluses with the Suunta or whatever the brand was but the compact size of the other one is important as well.
