This is disappointing to see. The Pew community seemed like it had a reasonable, if not already fairly broad scope. Now it's been diluted to the point that the original community purpose seems irrelevant. You own and did most of the heavy lifting to build this community so you can do what you want with it of course, but it seems like this is a big pivot away from the original topic of firearms, hunting, and shooting practice/sport.
I was pretty much the only one posting firearms related stuff (especially lately) and that won't change. There were occasionally others, but rarely. None of that changes, as those topics are still permitted, with the exception of spinning YouTube videos which I personally see as valueless.
Had there been a half dozen regular firearms posts a week I would probably have left it, but there was not. So, there will be the same number of firearms posts, (mine) plus some other things, possibly. It's not a popular community though and never will be as it's not linked with any curation initiatives or big voters - People will post where they feel they can get a bigger reward. That's my understanding of it anyway.
I have always appreciated you coming by and throwing a vote on some of the posts people have done. Thank you.
I see where you're coming from (and going) a little better now. Fair points.
Thanks mate, and also for your support, it never goes unnoticed.
You're welcome!
