Hello hive friends wherever you are, I'm happy to be back in the community #outdoorandmore because I can share atmosphere, experiences and also trips to nature around the places we visit.
Where I live has just welcomed the Eid al-Adha holiday, where many people rejoice. Apart from that, there were many moments that I got here, like many of my friends who returned from out of town. It's almost the same as a few weeks ago that we again planned to do a small adventure together, but on this occasion there were several additional friends who joined us for the trip, we are going to a different river this time which is named "lubok".
Lubok is a phenomenal place and not a tourist spot that people often visit. We chose this place because there are many things we can see, such as trees, roads that are beside the river cliffs will be an interesting view when there. We have prepared all the plans well and are accompanied by all the supplies, such as mini gas stoves, beef, fish and also some instant noodles, not forgetting the nets to catch fish, as we know that there are lots of fish hiding in clear water. behind the reef. precisely that we do not want to miss this togetherness in the adventure.
After passing through several villages on our motorbikes, we arrived at a hill to be crossed. then there we chose a road on the river with a rock wall on the left side of the road. In this place we have started to see a wide green tree Up to the border of a dead end. In this place there is a stopover that is used by the woodcutters as their basecamp and this is also where we will start everything, because we don't plan to cross the river to find a place.
After walking for 50m we found the right location to take shelter. some of my friends had rested after a tiring journey, and some of them took out all the necessities and supplies in their backpacks. Before spreading the mat it would be nice to take water from the river to make coffee, because my friend has started a small fire to brew the coffee.
As we did long ago that this is like a tradition for us every week to go to the mountains and rivers to have fun enjoying nature and make lots of dishes even in the forest. We started making food first, like making beef steak with some other food additives. We chatted at length while laughing seeing many things on the way through smartphones.
At that time I rushed not far from where my friends were to look for some firewood as additional fuel for roasting beef. It feels like we chose the right place to take shelter not being exposed to the sun because there are so many trees that protect us from hot weather. as long as we do activities the sound of rushing water makes my heart even better, because this is the atmosphere I want to calm my mind and heart. After looking for wood, I sat down on a branch to take some pictures of them preparing lunch.
While two of my friends had crossed the river 10 minutes ago to catch fish on the river rocks, I could see from a distance they were carrying Jala on their shoulders. Hopefully they will bring lots of fish to burn at night when they arrive at the village, because there are still many more moments that we haven't done on this holiday.
All the food was ready and just waiting for my friend to come back from across there, even though we talked about a lot of funny things when my friend fell asleep on the hammock. And now the sun isn't hot anymore my friends have been seen crossing the river, I saw them carrying something, I think they caught a lot of fish... yes they brought a lot of catches today using nets, so we forgot to have lunch and had fun taking pictures together, because it's been a long time since we found this fish again during the flood that came a few months ago.
After everything was over we started to go down to the river to have fun. Take a bath while joking. I felt the water was very cold and really made me comfortable lying on the shallow water.
