Este WOD específicamente es un benchmark lo que significa que sirve como punto de referencia para que en determinado tiempo lo vuelvas a repetir y veas cual ha sido tu progreso. Evidentemente se recomienda que registres tu score para poder hacer la comparativa.

This WOD specifically is a benchmark which means that it serves as a reference point so that at a certain time you can repeat it and see what your progress has been. Obviously it is recommended that you record your score to be able to make the comparison.

El wod tiene un cap time de 28 min y debías administrar fuerza y aire para poder resistir los dos rounds.
Al principio en las wall ball shots me sentí increíble a pesar de que tenía rato sin hacerlas, el peso de los hang squat clean me pareció muy cómodo para este wod, los pull ups aún no los domino del todo así que decidí hacer series de 4 reps, en los heavy sit ups buscas concentrarte para no soltar la pelota, correr los 200mts represento para mí un descanso después de todo lo que se hizo, las kb swing las hice unbroken porque las burpee bastardas me cuestan demasiado.

Alcance el segundo round, me quede en las kb swing y mi conclusión después de hacer este wod es que es uno de esos días en los que aunque no lo termines te deja sin aliento y cuando respiras te quema el aire.
En un año veremos que tanto mejoro😛

I reached the second round, I stayed in the kb swing and my conclusion after doing this wod is that it is one of those days when even if you don't finish it, it leaves you breathless and when you breathe it burns the air.
