This is a proposal by @imwatsi for @freebeings to fund the development of the HAF-based work we are doing.

Community HAF projects
Hive community members are welcome to request the development of HAF-based tools or APIs. We will evaluate the feasibility of the project and, if it is feasible, we will develop it and make it available to the community for free.

Hive DEX
Status: Live
Hive DEX is a free and open-source API that provides users with access to the internal decentralized exchange on the Hive blockchain. The API follows Coingecko's API recommendations and enables users to retrieve information about trades between HIVE and HBD. This data includes volumes, prices, and more. With Hive DEX, users can access and analyze data from the internal exchange in real-time.

A turnkey tool to extract and process custom data sets from the Hive blockchain and create APIs for them. Its purpose is to provide a simple, plug-and-play solution for integrating the HAF (Hive Application Framework) into any Hive-based project, simplifying the process of building decentralized applications on the Hive blockchain.
Plugs (datasets) can be requested by the Hive community and will be developed by the FreeBeings.io team, if their implementation using HAF is feasible. The HAF Plug & Play tool is open-source and available for anyone to use.
Global Notification System (GNS)

GNS is a decentralized notification system designed for dApps on the Hive Blockchain, using the HAF framework to retrieve and manage relevant data sets from the blockchain. The system is entirely open-source, and any user can operate a node to support the notification network, resulting in multiple sources of truth for increased reliability and redundancy. The ultimate aim is to ensure the availability of a robust and widely-distributed notification infrastructure for Hive-based dApps.

FreeBeings.io LLC is working on free and open source software for the FreeBeings DAO; an envisioned community of people using the Hive blockchain to bring positive change to the world.

HAT is a token protocol, with a reputation and engagement tracking system that incentivizes positive interactions and social network growth on the Hive blockchain, utilizing custom tokens as a means of measuring and rewarding engagement.
dApps can use HAT to create tokens that incentivize users, allowing users to earn rewards for participating in a dApp on the Hive blockchain.
FreeBeings DAO Dashboard
Status: In development; ETA Q2 2023
This is a central place for members to view their DAO-related data, including their reputation scores, contribution statistics and other planned metrics. It will also be a place to view the DAO's news and participate in future governance processes.
FreeSpace
Status: In development; ETA Q2 2023
FreeSpace is a decentralized social networking app on the Hive blockchain that provides a space for people to connect and collaborate on projects aimed at making positive changes in the world. Additionally, FreeSpace offers a platform for public discourse around the DAO's projects, with tools to aid in brainstorming, sharing information, and reaching consensus on project-related matters.

I don't see anything new that wasn't available already on GNS. I don't see any need for GNS. What problem is this solving? In terms of coding, it's not worth the money.
The same goes for "HAF Plug & Play". It sounds cool and it is an idea. But in terms of delivery, I don't see anything useful in reality.
DHF already paid $113,000 for the above. Now you are asking $165,000 for
What problems are you solving with each one of them exactly? How is that going to help Hive?
In total, you ask for $278,000 but I don't see the output value being anywhere close to the money spent.
