The Peak Open Projects proposal has been funded just over a week now and the team is rolling along. Since our last post, we have added @mirafun as a new member to work on the STING Messaging Protocol.
STING Messaging Protocol aims to provide decentralized, encrypted, and Hive user verified messaging to users
The code for all projects developed and maintained as part of our proposal will be available here: https://gitlab.com/peakd
We do our best to open the repositories as soon as we consider the code to be stable enough and we have completed our initial brainstorm on the implementation.

We spent some time to improve existing pages and the layout of how transactions are displayed and organized. This is a preview of what to expect, but we know it's not going to be the final version as @jarvie already suggested a few more changes 😄

The overall look and feel of it is incredible so far! Loving it! I'm honestly pretty stoked for the point where the Hive-Engine displays begin to function. I think that's going to make rifling through the various actions and trades/earnings much more simplified. I've tried using the hive.blocks site, but it seems to not want to load my account ever, so to see this functioning and being developed is definitely something I'm happy with! :P

Can you just add some of the general system info that the old explorer has:
Yes... we haven't gotten to much of that stuff yet. This is an early release if it were a normal release we wouldn't have opened it up public yet because so much is not done yet.
You can almost check in daily and refresh to see the changes.
Early releases are great, it allows us to use the product at whatever capacity it's at, and give feedback for you as we go as far as what's in demand and what people might be looking for first/in the long term. Great job so far, keep it up!
