My new contributions to the Hive Condenser

Post templates

This would allow you to save a post template to reload in the future. This is useful if you regularly post similar types of content such as stats, contests etc... The template also saves all options from the Advanced settings.

Tweaking the styling of notification list in night mode.

@acidyo has raised an issue with the links colours in night mode and I agree it's awefull:

So I went and tweaked things a little bit:

The unread red dot is now moved to the left and there is a new score bar on the right hand side which gives you a visual indicator of the notification score. I'm not yet sure what that score mean but from what I understand it has to do with how much stakes is involved in the operation that triggered the notification. To be confirmed.

Refactoring the way 3rd party embedded players are handled

Another port from my work on Steemit that wasn't approved then. This change makes it easier to maintain and add more 3rd party embedded players to the Condenser. Codes that use to be spread around the repo are now gathered in a central directory.

I don't use hive.blog often, but for when I do, thx for the updates. Post templates are one of the best part of PeakD and seeing them on condenser will just make life easier for more people.

I’ve decided to get funded by inflation instead of proposal for now.

Yeah, that tends to be more reliable.

At the moment for me, one of the pros of going with inflations are:

• less of a pain, I don't have to spend time writing a decent proposal to describe what I'm going to do, people already know me and my work
• less drama with the current state of things
• I don't have to commit to a regular work. Although I'm already doing regular/frequent work, I can stop whenever I want without feeling bad about it, especially when I'm working on multiple projects, I will obviously have to pause some projects at certain point in time.

Great work mate, keep it going! I know one of the things that always frustrated me about steemit was the lack of spotify and mixcloud embed compatibility!

Spotify was added on to @peakd and would be great for Mixcloud embeds for us DJs wanting to share our radio shows from that site as an embed? They are just iframes I think there as well?

Are these in the pipeline? (obviously it's probably not a high priority right now haha)

Sweet! Looking forward to that, will really help the musicians and DJs on Hive out if their posts can have an embed player rather than sending people away from the site (which no-one seems to do if you present them with a link).

I can't answer your question because you don't give me enough information. As you can see I write a post with a photo, this post has multiple of them.

• Are you using HiveBlog or Peakd or another dApp?
• Which browser are you using
• With Chrome, press F12, and click on the Console tab, do you see an error showing when you try to upload an image?

I use Hive Blog, after loading 100% writes no connection to the server
