Hi mate, from what I understand, this is all looking good :)
Is it possible at some point to put a HF-candidate post together that gives an overview of what will be done and the expected effects it has on the daily user, or could have with some suggested usecase examples?
It is hard for me to visualize what these things might mean singularly and especially in conjunction, so I am guessing it isn't easy for others too. At least for me and I know a few others, having a visualization of what it could be (even if very rough), helps a lot and, it definitely encourages some conversation and speculation.
Yes, Bartek is working on a full list of the features in his spare time (kind of a joke, but true nonetheless).
Once he's got that, I'll write up a post that summarizes it in a more digestible form, but he's been stuck dealing with too many high priority issues (I had to discourage him today from jumping into some code that I'm work on, even, as its true that good programmers often like to have their fingers in all "interesting" code). So it may turn out that I take over the task of creating that list of features, but I'm in a somewhat similar boat to him at the moment.
These weekly posts are pretty much intended as a rough guide to devs (even our own internal ones), so that they have some idea of where we're going and what things we've done that might be useful to their own work.
