Hello dear friends, warm greetings to all, wishing you an excellent week with your loved ones, I hope you are well and healthy, encouraged to be here again my dear community of #womentribe. Today I am encouraged to express in these lines a family sharing and the good time we had.
Que hermoso cuando compartimos con la familia y todo marcha bien, pues las alegrías y el bienestar están presentes para crear vínculos saludables y ayuda a nuestra salud mental, a estar en sintonía con el entusiasmo, la paz y el cariño que nos une.
How beautiful when we share with the family and everything goes well, because the joys and well-being are present to create healthy bonds and helps our mental health, to be in tune with the enthusiasm, peace and affection that unites us.
Cuando trabajaba como docente, ya saben que estoy felizmente jubilada, en mi entorno laboral era la que planificada eventos recreativos y también asistía a todos estos, pues son en estás actividades dónde rompemos el hielo, nos olvidamos de el trabajo para conversar hacerca de nuestros proyectos, familia y creencias de allí es donde se crean vínculos y en algunos casos se liman asperezas, pues nuestros compañeros de trabajo son como nuestra familia, ya que compartimos gran parte de el día con ellos, y debemos mantener la armonía para que nuestro trabajo sea entusiasta.
When I worked as a teacher, you know that I am now happily retired, in my work environment I was the one who planned recreational events and also attended all these, because it is in these activities where we break the ice, we forget about work to talk about our projects, our family and our work and beliefs from there is where bonds are created and in some cases, differences are smoothed out, because our co-workers are like our family, since we share a large part of the day with them, and we must maintain harmony so that our work is enthusiastic.
Muchas veces nuestra vida se vuelve una rutina, se presentas muchas vicisitudes y situaciones que nos agobia, y es porque no le damos un espacio a la recreación, por eso es importante aprovechar los tiempos libres como vacaciones y fines de semana, y compartir sanamente con nuestros semejantes, ir a la playa, a bailar, de viaje, o simplemente planificar una fiesta en nuestro hogar y dar un respiro a ciertas eventualidades para sentirnos tranquilos.
Many times our life becomes a routine, there are many vicissitudes and situations that overwhelm us, and it is because we do not give a space for recreation, so it is important to take advantage of free time like vacations and weekends, and share healthily with our peers, go to the beach, to dance, travel, or simply plan a party at home and give a break to certain eventualities to feel calm.

Es relajante, pasar tiempo de calidad con nuestra familia que es lo más importante que tenemos, yo estoy agradecida y me considero afortunada de tener una gran familia tener a mis padres vivos y disfrutar de ellos. Por otra parte agradezco que mantengo una buena relación con la familia de mi pareja, sus hijas y su madre, pues los lazos se afianzan con la recreación y el apoyo cuando se presentan las dificultades.
It is relaxing, spending quality time with our family which is the most important thing we have, I am grateful and consider myself fortunate to have a great family, to have my parents alive and to enjoy them. On the other hand I am grateful that I maintain a good relationship with my partner's family, his daughters and his mother, because bonds are strengthened with recreation and support when difficulties arise.
Este domingo fue uno de esos tantos dónde planificamos un buen Compartir familiar donde estuvieron presentes las hijas con sus parejas de mi esposo, disfrutamos de un día soleado donde preparamos una Barbacoa, cantamos, bailamos al son de excelentes músicas, y está claro mediantes estás imágenes que la armonía estuvo presente y que las relaciones familiares debemos tenerla en primer lugar, compartiendo en todo momento. Gracias por llegar hasta aquí, hasta mi próxima aventura.
This Sunday was one of those many where we planned a good family sharing where my husband's daughters were present with their partners, we enjoyed a sunny day where we prepared a barbecue, we sang, danced to the sound of excellent music, and it is clear through these images that harmony was present and that family relationships should be in the first place, sharing at all times. Thank you for coming this far, until my next adventure.

Compartir en familia siempre es muy gratificante, nos recreamos y afianzamos nuestros vínculos, yo diría que es algo necesario. Mis hermanos se fueron del país, pero cuando estaban aquí ellos organizaban una comida familiar cada fin de semana, sólo estar allí, conversar, comer rico y reír, era algo oxigenante en mi vida.
