PostHola queridas amigas de @womentribe, saludos y bendiciones, vengo en esta ocasión viendo el de @syllem, me hizo recordar de un momento en el trabajo que me paso igual, e invito a @pannavi hablar de ello.

El cambiar de decisiones o sentirse que ya no quieres tanto ello es inevitable, sobre todo cuando uno no se acostumbra a la rutina, o simplemente hacer lo mismo siempre, en mi caso suelo aburrirme rápido sobre todo cuando se crea una repetición de lo mismo, a pesar de que al principio lo quería y me gustaba llega un punto que bueno ya no es igual y deseas cambiar al respecto, pero a veces hay circunstancias o razones que te impiden hacerlo y es ahí cuando debes darle la vuelta para permanecer en lo mismo.
En mi caso actualmente trabajo de forma remota, uno diría que trabajando así es más relajado pero jeje no del todo, claro como comenta nuestra amiga @syllem ambos trabajos tanto presencial como remoto tiene sus pro y contra, al principio tuve presencial y diría que llegaba en la semana agotada que no daba para hacer otra cosa que la comida del día siguiente y dormir, ya el fin de semana era trabajar en las cosas de la casa, ya ahorita con el remoto bueno me trabajo domingo a domingo, claro tengo más tiempo libres que el presencial.
Solo lo único que se ha vuelto una rutina en hacer lo mismo, y al principio tampoco el sueldo inspiraba, claro a pesar de que veía que estaba más ocupada que el otro, el estar en casa pendiente de mi hijo y mi mamá lo valía, ya después le fui dando la vuelta, con Hive también me ayudo para distraerme y bueno que no me afecte tanto el estar pegada a la computadora, también entender que era lo mejor para mi familia, aunque me gustara pero, no como al principio debía continuar.
Ya luego las cosas han cambiado, me dieron otras responsabilidad que me permite variar las cosas, el horario cambio ya no es tan estricto ya que la empresa tampoco estaba acostumbrada a tener remoto pero nos acoplamos a ello, lo bueno es que puedo estar pendiente de la casa y aportar a ella, no dejar de estar pendiente de mamá y cuidar a mi hijo, el sueldo bueno va mejorando poco a poco pero si ayuda, también con los tiempos que tengo hago otros trabajos para tener otras entradas y pendiente de Hive para tener contenido y poder participar acá lo cual me agrada y distrae mucho de la rutina. Suele pasar que uno quiera otra cosa, los cambios siempre son necesarios, pero cuando toca quedarse con lo mismo hay que ir dándole la vuelta y viendo siempre los puntos más factibles para continuar con lo que tanto querías pero que de alguna u otra manera ya es menor a ello.

In my case I currently work remotely, one would say that working this way is more relaxed but hehe not at all, of course as our friend @syllem says both jobs both on-site and remote has its pros and cons, at the beginning I had on-site and I would say that I arrived during the week exhausted that I could not do anything else but eat the next day and sleep, and the weekend was working on things around the house, and now with the remote I work Sunday to Sunday, of course I have more free time than the face-to-face.
The only thing that has become a routine in doing the same thing, and at the beginning the salary did not inspire me either, of course even though I saw that I was busier than the other, being at home looking after my son and my mom was worth it, and then I was giving it back, with Hive also helped me to distract myself and well that does not affect me so much to be glued to the computer, also understand that it was the best for my family, although I liked it but, not as at the beginning I should continue.
Then things have changed, they gave me other responsibilities that allow me to vary things, the schedule change is no longer so strict because the company was not used to have remote but we adapt to it, the good thing is that I can be aware of the house and contribute to it, do not stop being aware of mom and take care of my son, the salary is improving little by little but it helps, also with the time I have I do other jobs to have other entries and pending Hive to have content and to participate here which pleases me and distracts me a lot from the routine. It usually happens that one wants something else, changes are always necessary, but when you have to stay with the same thing you have to go around and always seeing the most feasible points to continue with what you wanted so much but that somehow or another is already less than it.

Así es amiga, muchas veces, aunque no queramos algo, debemos darle la vuelta para aceptarlo y que no sea una tortura en nuestra vida, a mí me funciona pensar en las razones por las que estoy ahí y recordar que es mi elección, sea por la razón que sea, porque si viéramos una mejor opción, la tomaríamos. Un cambio de perspectiva a veces es todo lo que necesitamos para cambiar lo que sentimos por algo. Lo importante es estar en un sitio que nos aporte y no que nos reste, o al menos, que cuando pongamos en una balanza ambos extremos, se incline hacia lo que nos favorece.
