Exercising
I talk about this point first because I think it is not only something that would help me in my fitness but also to relax and feel calmer especially when I spend pure sitting at the computer, I usually do not exercise I must be honest I have always been bad for sport, I only walk when I have to go out shopping, but well it is something I want to implement, especially in the morning they say that jogging and cardio relaxes and start the day better, I need it because sometimes I feel so tense that I get more stressed.

Extra activities
Here I mean that I need to take something for myself, just working and doing things around the house are simply exhausting, so having other activities even once or twice a week would not be bad for me, like doing embroidery, or going to a pastry course, I like to make sweets and learn better how to make them I know it would distract me a lot, and I would learn to do other things that if I like them I would perfect them more, certainly some activity that takes me out of the daily routine, and give me another focus to continue with the things I normally do.

Time with my son
I do not leave this last because it is not necessary or I do not care, on the contrary I name it now because I believe that first I must improve myself to be 100% with him, so I name it now, at this point I must say that I do not usually do it, as I mentioned before between work and home I do not always spend time with him, of course perhaps having some activity would be less time, I would like to emphasize that this is why I only spend 1 or 2 times a week, but it is to take some time for myself and the rest to dedicate it to him, to be able to teach him more, to take him out more often, to make it a habit to go out and spend more time together, not to let time pass, to let him grow up and when I can, he will tell me I am grown up and I will go with my friends, this year I should try to apply it.
