Living with folks that dont understand chronic illness

Threespeak isn't uploading my videos so I'm posting via YouTube.
Living with folks who don't understand your chronic illness, fatigue, etc isn't the easiest task.
I feel my folks have unrealistic expectations for me. Instead of telling me what they want, I'm expected to read minds. I don't have the spoons to cook every day. My folks always ask me what I'm cooking like they're kids. Before I can even blink. It makes me wonder if they just depend on me to be able to do things for them forever and I wonder what their plan is if I become too sick to wait on them hand and foot

Unfortunately, people resort to treating one another as slaves, and as Black women sometimes we fall into doing it to each other generationally ... older women feel like they are entitled to someone to treat as they are treated because all they know is master and slave behavior.

About chest pains and supplements ... I have severe anemia and so some iron works better than others... I use three tablets of Solgar's Gentle Iron, which is 75m iron bisglycinate from vegetarian sources and easier on the gut, with 1,000m of Vitamin C, and finally my blood count is going up. I do not have IBS, so of course I don't know if that will work for you, but the point I'm making is some forms of vitamins absorb easier than others (glycinate, bisglycinate, and citrate tend to be easier).

My folks like being waited on. By the looks of it.
