How DeskSense Will Change Your Workday (But Not Everything)

in FreeCompliments3 months ago

DeskSense feels like the solution to problems I never knew I had until reading about it.

It's tempting to think this AI assistant will just swoop in and handle all the tedious stuff: emails, spreadsheets, even generating blog posts. But the interesting part is how it does that, not by making every task disappear but by giving one more time to focus on what really matters.

Been there-done sitting in front of a blank screen, trying to come up with an e-mail that doesn't sound like a robot, or struggling to remember how to do something in Excel. With DeskSense handling that for you, the mental load lightens up. I wouldn't say I really hate doing those things, but mainly, I would like to spend my energy on more creative projects, or things that actually require me to think.

Not because I'm lazy, but just because I could use my time better.

Which begs the question-at what point is it overkill?

Automated e-mails? Sure.

But blog content? That's where I'd draw the line.

My voice carries a lot of weight in my writing, and although desk tools and AI help me out a lot, they can't replace the unique perspective that human experience gives.

If DeskSense can give me the gift of time, then I am all for it. But some things are still supposed to be left up to human intuition.
