Welcome, in today's post I make an update on my resin printer ventilation system, I finally got the duct pipe and I was able to set it all up.
So it's fairly straight forward the box connects to the duct pipe and runs under my table to the fan in it's custom printed bracket with some extra bits to hold the pipes when the system is not in use
Then we have a pipe leading to the window into a custom printed window thingy, since this will be exposed to the elements I made it with ASA a strong and resistant material however it's hard to print and I only have one printer with an enclosure that is able to print it but the size was too big so I had to split it into 3 parts and then add some other 3d printed parts and duct tape to hold it together and seal it.
I also made a cap for the window side so I can close up the system when not in use
And then we have the outside I designed and printed a hood to stop water and snow from getting through the 3d printing grating, that is the same one I have inside the enclosure.
So that's it for the system and I am very happy with how well it is preforming I can't smell anything and when it's on it creates a negative pressure in the enclosure drawing out all the fumes, when the fan is on you can feel the suction from the enclosure requiring a bit more force to lift it off the table

Not at all especially for the other resins I want to print with this one is a water wash and not as bad as most the others but some of them are way worse and need to be cleaned with high purity alcohol, but I'm waiting for a full face respirator to come in before I give those others a crack !DOOK !BBH !PIMP
