I was in elementary school during the 80's, so while I remember a lot of the pop culture stuff, the geo political stuff was more over our heads. I don't remember any of the air raid drills or any of the stuff that some people do.

I was in Junior High and High School and never had any air raid drills, mostly because by that point I think they realized all you really do is kiss your ass goodbye....
