Just a quick update here. Surgery took a little longer than planned but everything is ok now.
Unfortunately the nerve block did not work so I woke up in an extreme amount of pain. Luckily they took it seriously and treated it. I am not used to doctors treating my pain, or taking any of my health issues seriously, so it was vey refreshing.
Overall this was probably the best I have ever been treated as a patient.The staff knew basic info on my medical conditions and were very respectful of attending to me. I wish all doctor /medical staff interactions were like this. i will discuss this more on my fundraising account at some point.
Recovery is going to be tricky. With my other health conditions it will take me quite a bit longer to recover than usual. The dr also found some things while he was using the scope which may help lead to the root cause. We shall see. I can't remember much and am on a lot of pain meds right now.
The tipping bot will be worked on this month and we already have a server ready to go(my husband works in tech so we have a ton of servers lol). I am hoping things are still on track to launch it in October.
In the meantime I am just here chilling out and focusing on recovery.
Don't expect to many updates or posts for a bit though.
