Think of HSBI tokens as votes. You get a vote on your posts proportional to the number of HSBI units you hold. Right now their webpage isn't working, but you can check how many units you have by writing "!sbi status" in a comment (without quote marks). A few minutes later the HSBI bot will reply with the information.
