I think it's easier for me to post everyday because the general language of Hive is English. If I had to write all my posts in Japanese I would probably only be doing 1-2 per week.
As for topic, I have 3 repeating posts which gives me at least four easy ideas per week. (Goals post, three tunes tuesday post, a haiku post). For the other 4 posts per week I just go with the first idea in my mind, even if it's not very good. Something silly my kids said, or something in the markets, or some history thing that is on my mind, etc. I don't stress too much—it is a blog after all, and not professional writing for a magazine or something like that.
Curation rewards are great! You can understand why so many whales never bother to post anymore—because they make more HP from curation than they would from posting, so it's just not worth it.
