A little sharing for the experience I got today where one of the communities I created, this time there is one member who is actually good but I think he is too rash or maybe not impatient to face something in this web3 world.

learn to study and learn. That's what I can say to those of you who are still starting out. Many of my friends are very proud of the online life they have now. There are several tips that you can do to navigate whether it's a career or just entertaining your time after doing activities in the real world.
Basically, it's all community-based. So for those of you who want to know and learn, then join people who have been in the environment for a long time. everything requires a process. There is no instant word for you to be able to get everything you want.
Talking is a very important thing if you want to get to know or whatever it is. Of course you don't have to bother those who have grown up here for you to ask. I am sure there are many good people in this online that you can ask, whether it is an experience or you will get the life goal you want.
Read the rules in the community. A fairly large community will definitely have regulations in it. The purpose of providing such regulations is very good in my opinion. It will usually be a filter to choose which people with which character and how ready they are to join the community. Don't be a pretentious person, etc. Above the sky, there must be a sky, a saying that I have heard a lot.

when you enter this community. There will be one of our new members who will enter to participate in growing together in this community. But he was very suddenly wanting to get a quick profit there. He chatted with one of the owners of our group and asked people to buy the NFTs he owned by force. I as a member there immediately tried to ask what he wanted. I asked him where he was coming from and what motive he wanted to go to to join the community we had.
After a long time I tried to ask him and was answered quite patiently. But he seemed to be rebellious, judging by the way he tried to get things quickly, it seemed like he was still a kid and probably still a beginner here. We all tried to find a middle ground to this problem but he still insisted on asking our members for money.
After I tried several ways but he still insisted. The next step I took was to ignore him but I kept an eye on him for some time. Finally he may understand a little bit with what is in the community that we are building at the moment.and his behavior is starting to improve somewhat. Of course I feel happy with that. Our community managed to provide a little patience and he said goodbye well and we also wished here are people who have the same vision to be better than the previous day.
