Because gratitude is great for your mental health and general wellbeing. Read the studies if you like or, if you don't believe me and the complete strangers who did the research, you can try it for yourself. It costs you absolutely nothing and it really can help to change your outlook for the better and put you in a better mood overall. What am I grateful for this week?
I'm grateful for my home π‘. It's definitely not the kind of house that would have been on MTV Cribs back in the day π. It's not very big and it needs a lot of work but having a place to live is worth appreciating. And that's true whether youβve been wealthy all your life or you've been homeless until recently or whatever your circumstances.
Anyway, I want to hear what you guys are grateful for too, so please let me know in the comments.
