That's interesting - can you give me an example of this? The shorts I've seen posted on Threads have been directly from individuals. Maybe the ones in the "Shorts" section aren't the same ones (?).

Exactly, the shorts we see on threads is from individuals, but if you then look at the threads table in the post, there are many leoshorts accounts.
Based on that alone (I can't be sure), I think leoshorts with the #freecompliments tag is not awarded to the user who upload it, but rather to the uploading account. I hope it makes sense.
I see what you mean! Interesting, this may require some workaround. From your experience, are these shorts reuploaded from the leoshorts accounts (i.e. duplicates) or are they the original version?
I believe it's the original, but there must be some code running, making it appear on threads as a short by the user.
In the video post (by leoshorts accounts) the uploader-account is mentioned. When the leoshorts account mention the user, it appears on threads as a short video from this user on the threads feed, but in the leofinance community, the post is clearly uploaded by the leoshorts.
Perhaps @khaleelkazi can think of a way to get around the issue
Yes, this would definitely be good to clarify! This way, I can adjust my reward system accordingly.
How do you get the numbers in the first place? It must be some sort of programmatic way since you get the leoshorts account too.
