This is a very interesting idea! I genuinely think you should create your own, provided you're able to continue building and running it. You'd be opening up the door to a potentially very large group of people, which would be great for Hive. And it certainly doesn't have to be exclusively in the Japanese dialect, but more geared to japan-related stuff than other communities.
As far as having similar rewards to FC, maybe at some point we can help sponsor you with Hive (so you can give out HSBI) in exchange for some % of what you get from it? Not sure how to do it in a fair way, just throwing an idea out there. We're far from breaking even at this point... it'll probably take a few years of building lol.

Thanks, FC community has given me many ideas. I didn't know how to get the community going without a huge upvote, but you showed me that there are many ways to get the community going other than vote. I think I will be doing as much as I can on my own for a while. Hopefully one day I will be able to grow the community enough to receive support!
I'm also always interested in seeing how you run your community. Posting community reports, sharing in threads, curating, and kind comments... It is clear that you devote a lot of time to it.
