For the past 10 days or so, I have been trying to leave at least 12 hours between dinner and breakfast. If possible, I would like to leave 16 hours for autophagy diet, but sometimes it is difficult, so I try to leave at least 12 hours... 12 hours is not so difficult in terms of rhythm of life, since I can finish dinner by 7 pm and have breakfast after 7 am the next day.

I slowly gained weight since I started working part time at night time the year before last. I knew the cause, and it was because I stopped by a convenience store on my way home and bought food 😅 (to eat after I got home, of course). Even though I knew it was bad for me, I couldn't stop or didn't want to stop... To be honest, I never thought too seriously about that habit, but this month I suddenly decided to stop snacking at midnight. Once I decided to stop, it was surprisingly easy because all I had to do was not eat.

I came home from work today and thought for a moment that I was tired...I wanted to eat something...but I decided to drink some chamomile tea and go to bed. The first and second pictures are oranges my father gave me. I want to eat them, but it's a hassle to peel the thick skin! 🤣 So I didn't eat it. The third photo is a brownie I ordered at a cafe I dropped by on my way home from a soccer game yesterday. I ordered it by accident as a reaction to not having eaten something like this for a while, but to tell the truth, I couldn't even eat half of it. It was too sweet. I love sweets and tend to overeat them, so I hope I can improve that habit.

I have only been doing this habit for about 10 days, but my weight is slowly starting to come off.

ここ10日ほど、夕食から朝食の間を12時間以上あけるようにしています。できれば16時間あけてオートファジーダイエットをしたいのですが、難しい時もあるので、せめて12時間・・・という感じです。12時間であれば、夕食を19時までに食べ終えて翌日の朝食を7時以降に摂ればよいので、生活リズム的にはそれほど難しくはありません。

夜の時間帯にパートを始めてからじわじわと太りました。原因は分かっていて、帰り道にコンビニに寄って食べ物を買ってしまっていたからです😅(もちろん、帰宅後に食べるため)。身体に悪いと分かっていても、やめられなかったというか、やめる気がなかったというか・・・正直その習慣についてあまり深刻に考えたことがなかったのですが、今月急に思い立って夜中の間食をやめました。やめると決めたら、食べなければいいだけなので意外と楽でした。

今日は仕事から帰り、疲れたな・・・何か食べたいな・・・と一瞬思ったのですが、カモミールティーを飲んで寝ることにします。1枚目、2枚目の写真は実家の父がくれた甘夏です。食べたいけど、剥くのが面倒!🤣というわけで、食べずに済みました。3枚目の写真は、昨日のサッカー観戦の帰りに寄ったカフェで注文したブラウニーです。しばらくこういうものを食べていなかった反動でうっかり注文してしまったのですが、実をいうと半分も食べられませんでした。甘すぎて。私は甘いものが大好きでついつい食べ過ぎてしまうので、その習慣を改善できたらいいなと思います。

まだ10日ほどですが、体重はゆるゆると減り始めています。
