The Power of Attraction: Cultivating Positive Thinking and Emotional Detachment

Have you ever wanted something so strongly at some point in your life that you believe it is approaching you, and you feel it is growing further away? The law of attraction holds that you have to let things go if you are to attract them. It sounds ridiculous. At first, I didn't trust or believe in this law. I thought it was a fairy tale, but I also went through something similar.

Have you heard that what we think in our minds, thoughts, and emotions has the absolute power to shape our lives? Although this seems incredible sometimes, it is very accurate. What we think is what we attract. How we feel will determine our days. We must learn more about this great, powerful way of attracting.

Power of positive thinking

Maintaining a healthy relationship with our thoughts can help us grow because if we focus on positive thoughts, we will not only think about roses, rainbows, and unicorns all day. But we must also know how to get to know ourselves. Here, we can talk about the scene of the point of attraction, where we can start taking these steps. Imagine you are a radio station where your emotions are the frequency you emit. The universe responds to you, or your God responds to your emotions, matching the frequency you are carrying at that precise moment. Suppose your frequency at this moment is one.

If you feel like an influential person capable of doing and overcoming every obstacle, what do you think about the type of opportunities that will begin to appear? On a personal level, I have had an experience where, every night, I set my goals for the following day, and the vast majority of them I meet, but when I don't do it, this doesn't happen.

I will make you start writing your goals in your notebook today and set yourself a challenge you want to achieve within about six months. You may not believe it because you will write, and that's it, but I can assure you that once you write it, it will be fulfilled. But I also tell you to refrain from writing it for the sake of writing here. Your emotions flow because if you do it with a negative feeling, it will not attract this great goal that you are proposing to yourself from today, a piece of advice that I give you.

"All your goals that I propose to you do privately; keep it silent so that it is only a secret between you and the paper."

With this type of way of doing things first in a private way, with no one else but ourselves, there is terrible energy; we do not know who around us can pretend to want the best for us, but when they see us shine, sometimes comes envy. Another critical point here is that you should not believe that just writing down your goals will come to you by itself, that you will stay on your couch with your phone and success will go there; it is not a magic wand; you should see it in the way that it is a GPS that will guide you on the way, and you would be the car that should direct you.

Emotional detachment

When you read these words, do not think that when you start working, you will be a cold person; it is quite the opposite. You should see it when you begin cleaning. What do we do at home in the morning? We open our window so that all the dust accumulating in our house comes out, but at the same time, the fresh air from outside comes in, so we must do what we do with our home: let go of what we have so that the outside comes in. How many times have you heard this:

When you love something, let it go. If it comes back, it is yours. If it is not that way, it was never yours.

Sometimes, I have heard you say that these are words of losers; it is not like that because it is not easy to let go of something loved or wanted. When we let go of that attachment, we allow our desires to materialize since the attachment makes us not resist when letting go, and that same resistance can distance precisely what we desire.

Do this exercise: Close your eyes and breathe deeply. Imagine you are in a forest holding a beautiful bird in your hands. At that moment, I admire its feathers' beauty and attractive colors. Now, make that bird in your hands fly so it is free. At that moment, observe how it moves away and how that bird flies and sings because it feels free. Tell me what emotions come to your chest. Don't you feel joy when you see that bird fly, just like when you let go of your feelings? Although it seems simple, you are still determining how it will help you in your day since it is an undeniable power.

Gratitude

We don't know how magical it can be when we begin this path towards gratitude. To come into our lives, since we have a level of frequency and abundance and satisfaction, as we well know, like attracts like; not only will you feel more optimistic and happy, but you will sleep better, and it will also help your health because it will be raising your immune system. Although we believe that it is such an insignificant act, it is something that will help us in our daily life since it will also help our brain, every day you should be thankful for three things, even if it is simple, because for a week it should be different, it is to look for things in the ordinary and take it to the extraordinary, gratitude can lead to seeing the best in your life.

Creative Visualization

Imagine that your mind is a movie projector where your thoughts will be projected on that big screen of your reality. Have you ever heard this tremendously famous quote from Albert Einstein? He says:

"Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited to everything we know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world and everything that will ever be known and understood."

These words are so true that very few understand them. Everyone thinks that possessing all the knowledge can do everything, but if knowledge goes hand in hand with imagination, they forget a great engine that drives their lives.

When we imagine something intensely, the brain cannot distinguish reality from imagination since emotions will go hand in hand with what we imagine.

In conclusion, these practices help us organize our thoughts, emotions, and actions to achieve our objectives more effectively. The key is to understand that we are the drivers who guide the car to the desired destination, not a magic wand that does it on its own.
