The storm looks severe. I hope there wasn't any major damage. You are correct in that attacks can come from all directions. What I don't understand is rationing electricity. Millions of individuals depend upon that source for survival, especially those with medical conditions that require the use of breathing equipment. I hope there is a justification for this. In any event, the electricity costs should be extremely low if credit is given for the times power is denied.
