Most people tend to forget the hustle and bustle of life and what a simple thing like a smile can achieve on his behalf-a smile is not only a curve of every muscle of your face; it is also a brief message of love and appreciation to someone else that can change their day with little or no effort on your part.
A smile makes the individual at whom it is directed feel cared for and comforted. It is an unspoken indication saying, "I see you, and you are not alone." In many situations, you might have nothing to say but smiling is enough to let the other person know you are standing by their side.
There is little need for complex words when it comes to building a relationship; the simplest of all acts--a smile--can leave the biggest impact. A smile between friends engages a friendship and a smile directed toward the stranger reassures them. In fact, even in the corporate environment, a smiling employee is better liked and creates a positive atmosphere around him.
At other times you may feel under pressure and stretched; still, if you try to muster a smile even for yourself in the mirror, it would change your mood completely. Smile in the moments when you feel stressed; you will find it easier to calm down and put things into perspective.
It does not require that much effort on your part to show somebody that you care for them or love them; sometimes a genuine smile can do just that-a thousand words' worth. Smile all the time and share your love with others without uttering a single word.
