Yesterday was back to business. That is, the start of the new week. Most people hate Mondays, but I've never minded them. I miss playing with my kids, but I also have more time to focus on my work. With that extra time, I knocked out 50 squats in the morning in one set. My legs were burning by the time I got to 40, but I forced myself to finish it. I realize that if I want this month squat adventure to have any lasting effect, I'm going to have to push myself more to force actual muscle growth.
I then launched myself into work, which involved writing a bit, working on my website (not Hive; personal one), and teaching. Towards the end of the day I did a set of 30, then I did a second set of 30 with my kids before they went to sleep.
That means 110 for the day.
That brings me to 1,995 for the month!

What a very busy day! I'm ok with Mondays now, mainly coz I don't work, so it doesn't make any difference 😄
