With the looks of things its seems we might be just one step away from Texas making Bitcoin as a reserve assest.

What does this means for crypto in general

First, we honestly shouldn’t be so hyped up about any government agency getting their hands on crypto. But nonetheless we cant ignore the fact that these people are also good for the crypto market as their involvement can help create a sense of security among citizens of any country trying to watch if bitcoin is here to stay or now.

News like this validates many peoples feelings, which isnt their fault because thats how they are programmed when it comes to decision making. These days many people dont want to tale risk so they dont even want to venture into crypto without a safenet laid down or a sense of security. Its like waiting for your neighbors child to grow up before having your own. But hopefully you dont hit menopause before that happens.

While the governemnt have been accumulating and making plans on holding bitcoin both publicly and privately its a shame that the average joes and individuals that this technology was built purposely for are not utilizing it to their own advantage.

More Builders

As the crypto space is growing and getting better with time i think its high time we start promoting individual and community projects because the web 3 and crypto space really need more builders to build great stuffs that people can relate and interact with without having to go theu the trouble the furst adopters went through when they first encounter crypto.

What it means for Hive

At this point i think Hive needs to step up its game. Honestly apart from Ecency, Inleo , Spl, peakd and few others around here we dont really have a ground breaking app, game or interesting thing that could attract people to Hive.

We all know we cant always preach the money making machine type of promotion to people as we know it can get people in but that wont be enough to keep them. While i think Hive is still one of the best web 3 dapp to ever existed its time we gear up and also try to do well by the blockchain because it belongs to us and if we dont do somwthing to make people want to stay then im afraid Hive might remain in a hollow for a long time.
