When you look at overachievers and successful men, what we mostly see is the outside sentiment that the news and blogs portray to get eyeballs. So they portray victorious men to always being strong and confident in all they do.
However, many years of failure and drawbacks are never discussed.
What we don’t acknowledge and is not publicized on the news is how many times and years this set of people have fallen to their feet. It was when they didn't give up amidst their ordeal that they had a turnaround from grass to grace.
Apparently, no one has ever been able to scale through life without going through down moments where all we see as the best option is to give up and stop going.
Keep going
But what separates the weak from the strong is that whenever they fall, they always get back up again.
It's a new day and a new week, and we are also in the middle of the month of January. It is times like this that the festive and new year mood has come to an end. For this reason, many have got to get back into the day-to-day business and problems they didn't get to solve in 2023.
Goals
I know many of us have set some goals we hope to achieve in the year 2024. But with just 14 days past, many are already feeling defeated due to some issues or the other or even past pains that didn’t make them achieve what they intended to, which have now taken root in the new year.
I don’t know what type of trouble each one of us has found ourselves in before. But what will make this year an exceptional one for us and better than the last is to not let what distracted us and hindered our lives from moving forward in 2023 to take control again this year.
Courage isn’t about having the motivation to keep going, but to keep going regardless of whether we are motivated to achieve or not. Most times, what we usually want comes only when we don’t expect them and just like the story of the 10 virgins goes in the Bible, we've got to always keep watch of ourselves and not let anything distract us from our focus this year.

When the going gets tough, the tough gets going, and only those who get going when it's tough gets to achieve what others couldn't, 2024 is a new book, 14 pages has been written individually, and what has been written can not be changed, the question is... If what has been written these past days are written all through, what will been the achievement at the end of the year.

Exactly, this year is a new book filled with blank pages yet to be written. We have the pen in our hands so it’s whatwe write that will eventually come to manifest in our lives in the long run.
