When I joined Hive last year in March I wasn't sure how it'll go for me, after spending one year I was at same stage as I was at the beginning, in last two months I've learnt many things and now I'm satisfied with my progress, but I still have to learn many other things.
جب میں نے پچھلے سال مارچ میں Hive میں شمولیت اختیار کی تھی تو مجھے یقین نہیں تھا کہ یہ میرے ساتھ کیسے گزرے گا، ایک سال گزارنے کے بعد میں اسی مرحلے پر تھا جیسے میں شروع میں تھا، پچھلے دو مہینوں میں میں نے بہت سی چیزیں سیکھی ہیں اور اب میں میں اپنی ترقی سے مطمئن ہوں، لیکن مجھے ابھی بھی بہت سی دوسری چیزیں سیکھنی ہیں۔

Some of you will thik this is half empty glass and some will take it as half filled. For me it is half filled tho, the people who will consider it as half empty might have some issues with them because they're seeing the negativity. They should think in positive way in which they'll consider this glass as half filled no matter what is inside of it.
آپ میں سے کچھ یہ سوچیں گے کہ یہ آدھا خالی گلاس ہے اور کچھ اسے آدھا بھرا ہوا سمجھیں گے۔ میرے لیے یہ آدھا بھرا ہوا ہے، جو لوگ اسے آدھا خالی سمجھیں گے ان کے ساتھ کچھ مسائل ہوسکتے ہیں کیونکہ وہ منفی کو دیکھ رہے ہیں۔ انہیں مثبت انداز میں سوچنا چاہیے جس میں وہ اس گلاس کو آدھا بھرا ہوا سمجھیں گے چاہے اس کے اندر کچھ بھی ہو۔
We do the same thing while getting into a new site/place, at first day after joining in I thought I may easily get over $1 on my every post after seeing some posts from others, I didn't check their availability (when did they join) I was wrong that day & I take it too easy for myself which was the negativity inside me, after spending 2 months I didn't get much but $30 which means I just get $15/Month, $15 after one month isn't too much (almost 500pkr was my daily pocket money those days).
ہم ایک نئی سائٹ/جگہ میں داخل ہونے کے دوران بھی یہی کام کرتے ہیں، جوائن کرنے کے بعد پہلے دن میں نے سوچا کہ دوسروں کی کچھ پوسٹس دیکھنے کے بعد میں اپنی ہر پوسٹ پر آسانی سے $1 سے زیادہ حاصل کر سکتا ہوں، میں نے ان کی دستیابی کی جانچ نہیں کی (وہ کب جوائن ہوئے) میں اس دن غلط تھا اور میں اسے اپنے لیے بہت آسان سمجھتا تھا جو کہ میرے اندر کی منفیت تھی، 2 مہینے گزارنے کے بعد مجھے زیادہ نہیں ملے لیکن $30 یعنی مجھے صرف $15/ماہ ملے، ایک مہینے کے بعد $15 بہت زیادہ نہیں تھے (تقریباً 500pkr ان دنوں میری روزانہ کی پاکٹ منی تھی)۔
I took a break from using it but keep monitoring what was going on here, I came back in January with an aim to get minimum $100 per month which is I am getting now, this happened after setting my goal, on day-1 I was thinking to follow others footsteps & after getting myself back I had my own targets. If you want to get more than your expectations you should have an Aim, you should set a goal for yourself and than you need to work hard to get that. No one have an ability to stop you besides you own, even no one can force you to work but you can.
میں نے اسے استعمال کرنے سے وقفہ لیا لیکن اس کی نگرانی کرتا رہا کہ یہاں کیا ہو رہا ہے، میں جنوری میں اس مقصد کے ساتھ واپس آیا تھا کہ کم از کم $100 فی مہینہ حاصل کروں جو کہ مجھے اب مل رہا ہے، یہ میرا مقصد طے کرنے کے بعد ہوا، دن-1 پر میں دوسروں کے نقش قدم پر چلنے کا سوچا اور خود کو واپس لانے کے بعد میرے اپنے ہدف تھے۔ اگر آپ اپنی توقعات سے زیادہ حاصل کرنا چاہتے ہیں تو آپ کا ایک مقصد ہونا چاہیے، آپ کو اپنے لیے ایک ہدف طے کرنا چاہیے اور اسے حاصل کرنے کے لیے آپ کو سخت محنت کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ آپ کے علاوہ کوئی آپ کو روکنے کی صلاحیت نہیں رکھتا، یہاں تک کہ کوئی آپ کو کام پر مجبور نہیں کر سکتا لیکن آپ کر سکتے ہیں۔
Hive and the members teach me to be transparent and they teach me to go with my own words even if I have very limited words, and it is working for me, It'll work for you too ❣️ you must have a target to achieve.
ممبران اور HIVE مجھے شفاف ہونا سکھاتے ہیں اور وہ مجھے اپنے الفاظ کے ساتھ چلنا سکھاتے ہیں چاہے میرے پاس بہت محدود الفاظ ہوں، اور یہ میرے لیے کام کر رہا ہے، یہ آپ کے لیے بھی کام کرے گا ❣️ آپ کو حاصل کرنے کے لیے ایک ہدف ہونا چاہیے۔
