Aside from bot issues related to Hive-Engine issues, there are quite a few services that are run by individual people, and if they have problems, the service has problems. A lot of us got to see that clearly when Arcange's servers got hacked and disabled, and he had restore everything from backups, which took almost 2 weeks. Lots of things didn't work when that happened. πππβ¨π€
