INTRODUCTION:
My reflection today will center on some of activities I engaged myself last week. That will include the summary of posting activities to my community "Freecompliments" I will at the same time seek advice from my readers on how to follow what I considered as an issue with the administration of the this great Hive Blockchain.
MONDAY:
On Monday I first did my daily exercise. There was an order that stated that goes out for any business, that is 'two days sit at 🏠home". I didn't attend to my office again rather we converted the sit at home to congregational prayer. The program lasted from Monday to Tuesday last week.
DRINKING EARLY MORNING WARM WATER / TREKKING THERAPY
The Bible commends physical exercise as profitable. Many have discovered the efficacy of physical exercise. I go out every day to trek for two hours to a long distance. I did that early morning from Monday to Saturday.
This is how it happened last week:
I made sure I drank warm water very early in the morning as first thing, then I trekked out for two hours to a very far distance.
When I was trekking I discovered that I experienced perspiration both sweating and urination through which the unwanted liquid was removed and my body became healthy.
I submitted Children Sunday School lesson 16.
LESSONS TO LEARN:
There is need for demonstration of true love to everyone around us.
TUESDAY:
Our prayer program continued on Tuesday after my daily chores. I submitted three different posts as follows:
GOD HAS NOT FAILED IN HIS Promises

God remains faithful in all Hís promises. He stands on His Word.

THE DILEMMA OF THE MIXED MULTITUDE IN THE CHURCH
LESSONS TO LEARN:
The church should beware and careful of mixed multitude as members.
WEDNESDAY:
I could remember that I resumed work after the two days "sit at home". I am a laboratory technician, I attended to few persons. But before I came to my office, I have already done my daily chores, mostly the trekking and warm water therapy. I don't miss it no matter what.

- Fearless businessman, he doesn't fear risk.

No matter what, we should never discouraged in life.

Learn from Judas Iscariot whose eyes were opened when it was very late. Samson learned his lesson very late when he had already lost his sight.

Truth always hurts, we must speak the truth when it needed and when it is not needed.
THURSDAY:
I was in my office on Thursday, but that was after my daily chores including my trekking and warm water exercise. I rather skip normal food than warm water and trekking exercise. God helped me to submit four powerful posts:

We should mind how we treat others, mostly those you consider to be in the lower classes.
LESSONS TO LEARN:
If we be in Christ as we claimed, our attitude should reflect our claims.

- His type of leadership is truthful.
- He is a man integrity, sincerity and faithfulness.
- He is a man whose life challenges people around, even his opponents.
- He is a whose names alone command respect and honour from electorate, even people didn't know him.

LESSON TO LEARN:
- The newspaper vendor didn't wait to become rich to help someone in need.
- We should learn that the true rich people are those who have a mind richer than lots of money.
- Having an expensive mind is more necessary than lots of money.
- The generosity, magnanimity, and liberality in rendering helping hands to those in need count so much than your fiat or digital money.
- Jesus Christ supported this in illustration about giving offering in the church.
And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them,
Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury (Mark 12:43).
FRIDAY:
I did my daily chores of trekking and warm water therapy because of what I derive from it. It is really a stressful exercise but I enjoy it. I attended to some people in their tests and I prescribed some remedy to them. I normally prefer natural remedies to chemical products.

LESSON TO LEARN:
That lesson centers on "Applying Technology Wisely"
The lesson urged the church to cease every opportunity in the internet and convert every space to the gospel of Jesus Christ.
LESSONS TO LEARN:
At your funeral service, what will be the story about you? Your actions and reactions write your own story. Be mindful.
SATURDAY:
I made some preparations for Sunday immediately after my daily exercise. I submitted some posts too as follows:
CHILDREN SUNDAY SCHOOL LESSON 17
LESSON TO LEARN:
- Describe some of the things our friends tell us to do that are unchristian.
- Identify some of the characteristics of a true friend.
- Say why God wants us to stop being friends with unbelievers.
LESSON TO LEARN:
The assurance that Jesus Christ is with you, increases your faith and faithfulness.
LESSON TO LEARN:
Grace is needed to live rightly with God. We should pray for God's grace.
SUNDAY:
Today being Sunday, I am just coming back from service. The service was full of activities starting from Sunday School, which I thought my offline class on "Using Technology Wisely". After the lesson, many people asked questions, answers were provided for them. After sometime, I was called to preach because the pastor in charge of the congregation was not present. I came up to the altar to preach. I preached on the topic: "Seeking Divine Guidance" reading from Psalm 73:20-27.
The pastor in charge later came and handled communion service after summarizing the message with prayer.
ASSEMBLIES OF GOD CHURCH TEENS LESSON 17 The subject of the lesson was "THE ONLY TRUTH".
LESSON TO LEARN:
The only truth is that Jesus Christ died, resurrected, went back to heaven alive and He will come one of these days to take His followers to wherever He is.
CONCLUSION:
Sunday Reflection is very enjoyable to me. Do you know why? It helps me to recall everything I did within the week, mostly my posts.

I need someone to help me now. I have been posting since October first after I have settled the hivewatcher at Discord.
