I had my first egusi about a year ago in Tokyo. I can’t say if it was authentic or not but the owner is a Nigerian guy in his 50’s. it’s the first time I used my hands to eat wet food besides chicken wings 🤣. I’m a big fan of dodo! Not used to fufu yet but this Ghanaian guy I’m friendly with made it with cheese and that was much easier for me to eat than the regular one 😝
