Absolutely, I'd love to see more fitness-related topics posted in the community! Just write whatever you'd like. If it can be made relevant to the weekly challenges, that would be even better.

If you write "Fitness Fridays" are part of your title, it'll help us find the content quicker when combing through posts.

You can participate by posting your exercise progress through videos, pictures or writing, which ever way is preferable to use. You can read more about it Here

There are also youtube vidoes to explain how to perform the exercise.
I look forward to making a video personally performing this exercise to make it more intresting.
