Definitely Mussels.
Preferably made in Duvel ( a strong Belgian blond beer)
Although I like all kind of fish very much as well! ^^

Yes, they are indeed cooked.
Prepared 'Nature': in water with some vegetables like carrots, onions, celery, garlic,..
As I like them the best, above but boiled in Duvel (strong Belgian blond beer)
