Congrats to the winners!
Oh tough one this week and I shall go with a Scottish one that I am sure nobody has heard of!
The caoineag
The caoineag (Scottish Gaelic pronunciation: [ˈkʰɯːɲak]) is a female spirit in Scottish folklore and a type of Highland banshee, her name meaning "weeper".
She is normally invisible and foretells death in her clan by lamenting in the night at a waterfall, stream or Loch, or in a glen or on a mountainside.
I have actually heard of this one in ghost hunting shows before believe it or not. Those guys find all sorts of weird stuff in some of those castles. That is very cool! I hope not to run into her myself oneday!
