Motivational Mondays: A positive thought every day

Share a positive thought with yourself every single day.

Make it a habit.

If possible, and trying not to be affected by the negativity of other people, share your positive thought with others, to spread your positivity to the world.

It could be first thing in the morning, or just after you’ve gone to bed.

What a better way to start your day!

Just press “pause” for a couple of minutes, and let your mind free to unearth that positive thought that may be hidden deep inside your mind.

It must be there somewhere.

Try to find it, and you will be rewarded, for sure.

Take the reward for granted.

Instead of doubting about whether it is worth the effort trying to dig out positivity, when the rest of the world is immersed into a seemingly endless sea of negativity, you should make a difference by believing in your ability to make a positive thought.

Don’t press yourself too much.

Try thinking of something or someone that made you feel happy yesterday or the day before.

Or, let your mind think about what the near or far future has in store for you, and identify that note of positivity that you need so badly.

Once you reveal it, don’t let your mind get distracted by the cacophony of negativity that abounds around you.

Your daily positive thought will help you harness the full potential of your inner energy that is usually spent carelessly or on negative activities.

Once untapped, this positive inner energy of yours will shield yourself against the evil of negativity that constantly poisons the universe.

Hold onto it, and don’t let it go, until the next day comes.

Then, it’s time to make a new positive thought.
