How are we tracking the existing hive users which an existing user brings to the community.
Perhaps we can have a google form where we can asks either the referrer or referrer fill in the details.
Also if I am referring a user to the community what do they need to do to be counted as a member of the community
- Would merely start using the freecompliments tag on threads be enough or/and
- They need to join the discord and do some kind of introduction?
I ask people to let me know in end of the month reminders posts that I create, such as this one. I then check whether they actually joined as members. That's it!
Asking for more tasks increases the complexity, and I don't want people jumping through hoops just to join the community.
Membership is literally just that - joining the community. Of course, I would love participation, but I'm rewarding just getting people to join, since not every individual always wants to be an active participant.
Sounds fair enough. I have been asking members to join the community and I see one very hardworking and sincere member @bhattg is onboard. I had missed updating the end of the month post. Shall I update it there now?
