Do you know Monday blues?

Now my condition is Monday blues.

Monday blues refers to feeling depressed, such as fatigue, that occurs when the holiday is over and the weekday begins.

I rested comfortably on the weekend, but I feel a lot of psychological pressure to think that I have to work from today to Friday, which is Monday.

I've been resting for the weekend and my lifestyle has been disturbed, but I have to recover now.

I've searched for ways to beat Monday blues. I think about how it works for me.

I want to be motivated and have a lively week.

The first is to renew your mind.

Instead of seeing it as the end of the weekend, Monday is seeing it as a new beginning. It is seeing it as an opportunity to set new goals and move projects forward.

But don't plan too much. Set small, feasible goals.

The second is to communicate with your colleagues.

It's to reduce Monday's tension by saying morning greetings with colleagues or having a simple conversation.

The third is to revitalize your body by stretching lightly with warm tea.

Currently, it's cold here because it's winter weather, so I drink warm green tea and stretch my arms.
The heating is running, but it's a little cold because it's near the window.

First of all, I wrote down what I could do.
